Features workout videos, fitness calculator and nutrition advice

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. (DFA), has launched a redesigned Web site for Sport Shake, the original energy milk shake. The new site, www.sportshake.com, promotes Sport Shake and features workout videos and nutrition tips designed to help consumers "shake up" their workouts.

Sport Shake has partnered with physical trainer and nutrition expert, PJ Stahl, who is featured in 18 exercise videos. The Web site includes 20 nutrition articles that help consumers choose a well-balanced diet and live a healthy lifestyle.
